Bureau of Credit Control, Inc., Debt Counseling DivisionThe Bureau of Credit Control, Inc was founded in 1966 in Opelousas, Louisiana providing quality service to clients in Louisiana and the nation for over 41 years. In 1987, ownership changed to David Fa-Kouri; however the focus of BCCI did not change as the ownership passed from father to son. Where client quality and integrity remained its key focus while delivering results in a positive manner. In 1994, BCCI specialized in customer service and provided national lenders with quality customer service here in Louisiana. In this capacity, our debt counseling service evolved as a result of 14 years of personal interaction at the kitchen tables of our customers on behalf of our national clients. During that time our staff mushroomed to 18 professionals engaged in helping Louisiana customers through the darkest of times financially. We are very proud of our record of service where we have garnered a customer satisfaction index of 99.86 % as recognized by our customers and clients. This quality index was recorded by working with over 44 thousand individual cases over a 14 year time span. When one considers that we drove to that many households and visited with that many families and resolved their problems, in a manner satisfactorily to both the customer and lender it is truly note worthy.
